1.Proven experience as a Guest Relations officer.
2. Familiarity with hospitality industry standards
3. Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus 
3. Computer Literacy.
4. A customer- oriented and professional attitude.
5. Diploma or BSc/BA in Hospitality Management is preferred.
