2. There is no replacement of candidates after joining.
3. Company shall pay the consultancy fees to within 15 days from the date of appointment latter of the candidates.
4. The company should inform the consultancy from time to time about the shortlisting of candidates, interviews, selection, offer latter and joining of the candidates.
5. Company shall inform the CONSULTANCY regarding the manpower requirement giving details regarding the vacancy for which candidate is required, Experience, Age, Qualification, Pay-Scale range and other related details.

3. If any candidates wish to apply from our side in any company they have to follow our norms.
4. When candidates going for the interview then compulsory they have to mention our consultancy name on his/her resume so the company can easily aware.
5. If any candidate is selected by our reference and recommendation he/she has to inform and endorse the copy of the appointment letter immediately to us for our record otherwise directly inform to our team or any concerned person from sbj jobs.
6. If a candidate is selected for a job through sbj jobs he/she will be solely the employee of the concerning organization and sbj jobs will be not responsible for any legal/disputes or any other matter between candidate and organization.
